Packages and Conditions

A discount of 10% will be provided for stays of 3 nights or more during the low season.

Conditions:

• A deposit to secure the reservation is required. The deposit may be made to an account at the Banco de Credito del Peru (the account number will be sent to you via email when the reservation is made).
• Payment for additional services at the lodge may be made by a credit card, debit card, or cash.
• Reservations and payment for the stay must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival.
• In the case of postponements, they will be valid for 6 months, on the same conditions and the same rates.
• In case a reservation is canceled, the company will retain a percentage of the amount deposited depending upon the number of days before the reserved check-in date:
  • 11 to 15 days before check-in date, 30% of the deposit.
  • 6 to 10 days before check-in date, 50% of the deposit.
  • 0 to 5 days before check-in date, 100% of the deposit.
• It is prohibited to bring pets to the lodge.
• Check in 2:00 p.m. / Check out 12:00 m.
